Insurance

We accept Blue Cross Blue Shield & Aetna Health insurance plans.

Insurance = Insurance picks up the cost of the whole session minus your Co-Pay which is typically 20-30$ per session.

Co-Pay = A Co-Pay is what is due after we bill your insurance. Typically it is 20-30$ per visit.

We accept Out of Network insurances via a Superbill

Superbill = A Superbill is a receipt of services provided with an insurance that is Out of Network. You will pay the full cost out of pocket for the session. Then I will provide you with something called a Superbill. You will submit the Superbill (receipt) to your insurance company and often times insurance companies will reimburse you up to 50% - 75% of what you paid for out of pocket for the session. We recommend that you contact your insurance company prior to booking with us and see how much they will reimburse you for submitting a Superbill.

Self-Pay

Initial Diagnostic Psychiatric Evaluation (60 min): 399$

Long Session (50 min): 350$

Medium Session (30 min): 300$

Short Session (15-20 min): 250$

ADHD Testing: 500$

Lab Consultation (60 min): 250$ plus additional lab fees.

Lab Consultation Follow up (30 min): 200$

We also accept sliding scale payments on a case by case basis.
